We hope that you will be delighted with your shipment. If for any reason you wish to return an item or items, you may do so within 15 days of delivery, and we are happy to offer a replacement or store credit.
Please notify us prior to initiating an item return. You are responsible for all shipping and handling payments on returned items.
AsiaEXP will withhold replacement processing for 30 days while the return is inspected at our distribution center. If there are signs of damage, AsiaEXP reserves the right to refuse replacement or grant partial credit. A 20% restocking charge will apply on returns and exchanges. The restocking charges and return shipping costs will be deducted from your credit.
Defective or Incorrect Shipments
We strongly encourage our wholesale customers to thoroughly inspect all deliveries for damage at the time of arrival.
In the rare event that your shipment arrives damaged, or you did not receive the items that you ordered, AsiaEXP will bear the cost of return shipping and restocking fees will be waived. Please inform us immediately upon receipt of damaged items so that we may file a claim with our carrier.
You may choose to accept a replacement or receive credit for a different item. Replacements and credit will be issued within 30 days of the item's receipt at our warehouse.
If the items were shipped through a carrier arranged by you, we are
happy to help you file a claim with your carrier. AsiaEXP
is not responsible for items damaged during the shipping process.
